Title: WTO: Trade Remedies in the Doha Round

Abstract: Negotiations on antidumping, countervailing duties, and other trade remedies are ongoing as WTO Members stake out positions and provide suggestions for amendments to the Agreements. If adopted, many of these proposals would require changes to U.S. trade remedy laws. The positions of major actors in the negotiations are discussed in this report.
