H.R. 914 and S.782, 107th Congress, referred to as the ADA Notification Act and the Americans with Disabilities Notification Act respectively, would amend Title III of the ADA, which contains the provisions relating to public accommodations, to require that a plaintiff provide 90 days notice to the defendant prior to filing a complaint.
