Abstract: On November 4, 1999, the Bankruptcy Reform Act was brought to the floor of the Senate for consideration. More than 300 germane and nongermane amendments were offered. This report surveys selected amendments to the bill which were passed prior to adjournment. Consideration of S. 625 is likely to be resumed by the Senate in the second session of the 106th Congress.
