P.L. 110-28, P.L. 110-48, P.L. 110-90, and P.L. 110-173 included provisions to address SCHIP funding, delay implementation of certain Medicaid administrative proposals, require (and subsequently delay) the use of tamper-resistant pads for Medicaid prescriptions, provide a Medicaid Pharmacy Plus waiver extension, temporarily extend Medicaid transitional medical assistance and the QI-1 program, apply an asset verification pilot to Medicaid for five years, and extend Medicaid disproportionate share hospital payments for Tennessee and Hawaii.
