Abstract: In recent years, congressional interest and involvement in competitive sourcing, as measured by legislation that has been enacted, has grown. To date, three bills with competitive sourcing provisions have been enacted during the 110th Congress: P.L. 110-28, P.L. 110-161, and P.L. 110-181.
