Abstract: Congress has established two specialized bodies, whichin addition to various committees of jurisdiction over the matters involved in trade agreementsare to receive such communications as well as, in their turn, are to provide advice on the negotiations and in the formulation of the U.S. trade policy: the Congressional advisers for trade policy and negotiations, and the Congressional Oversight Group. This report provides a detailed list of such communicationstogether with their statutory references.
